Thank You

Thank you for purchasing Play Your Way to Career Development. I’m delighted that these games are now in your hands—and I hope they help you bring a little more curiosity, possibility, connection, and fun to career development.

Now, don’t let it sit in your downloads folder. 😊

Pick a game. Gather some people. Resist the urge to over-explain. Let them play—and give the conversation that follows plenty of room to unfold. That’s where some of the most interesting insights tend to emerge.

Most of all, have fun with it. Adapt the experience to your setting. Follow the energy in the room. And see where the play takes you.

Keep an eye out for the deck of Developing Multidimensional Career cards that will be mailed to you immediately upon ordering. And please let me know how it goes. I’d love to hear what you try, what happens, what surprises you, and how people respond.

Here’s to making growth fun again.
