Time is the ultimate nonrenewable resource—with attention being a close second—resulting in the traditional model of L&D coming under increasing pressure. How can we elevate our own skills, build our capacity, and future-proof our careers when we have no discretionary time to spare? The answer doesn’t lie in adding more to already overflowing plates. Instead, we must shift the perspective and capitalize on the learning opportunities that are hidden in plain sight, right within the work.
